You will be part of a small Global Supply Chain team, and you will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Development Director, Kenneth Bregenov.

You will be working from our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK) and travel days may occur to our subsidiaries abroad.
|
The position is without management responsibility, but with ample opportunity to influence the content and direction of the position.

As our new Demand Manager your primary responsibilities will be to:
|
- Improve the forecast process 12-month rolling.
- Build bridge between contracts and forecast together with our Sales Team.
- Analyze and create an overview of forecast changes.
- Continuously support our Sales Team, and ensure follow-up on forecasts.
- Assess and analyze historical data, to form the basis for better forecasts, and find order patterns and trends.
- Receive and evaluate inquiries from Sales Team (New business potentials).
- Facilitate Regional and Global demand reviews (S&OP process).

You hold a master’s degree within Supply Chain Management/ Operations / Logistics / Analytics / Economics, alternative Bachelor HD-SCM or similar and you are experienced in forecasting and BI reporting, preferably from food or process industry.
|
It is crucial for success in this role, that you have a strong analytical mind, while at the same time being able to turn the analytical findings into a meaningful business picture for both sales representatives, managers etc. at all levels globally. Strong communication skills and a profound overall business understanding are thus highly prioritized in this position.
|
We expect you to be super-user of Excel, forms, pivot tables and VBA programming and experienced in KPI reports and BI (preferable Microsoft Power BI). We emphasize that you are a cross functional team player, and due to your broad interface in the organization globally, it is important that you master both Danish and English at a high level both orally and in writing.
